The prices indicated on this Site are in US dollars (USD) and are only valid and effective inside the United States. They do not include shipping and handling or GST, if applicable, which will be added to your final invoice amount. Any shipping and handling charges, as well as any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your item, are your responsibility. The cost of international shipping varies depending on the total package weight and final destination. Duties, insurance charges, tariffs, and value-added taxes are not included in any of the prices. These fees are the responsibility of the package receiver, who will be invoiced by the local Customs office if they are applied.
Before placing a purchase, international clients should verify with their local customs services and regulations to confirm that there are no particular requirements or limits on importing health items into their country or state. Alriyan Group shall not be held liable or compensated for any loss, damage, delayed delivery, or shipments seized by customs due to the presence of forbidden materials.
International shipping costs will be computed when the purchase procedure is completed. Customers will be notified of the shipping charge and the invoice will be altered to reflect international shipping for the order.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not send a new order until we have made reasonable tracking attempts. Items that need to be replaced will be sent out at our discretion. We have no control over your order after it leaves our warehouse.
Important: If you do not Insure Your Order, www.alriyan.com will not replace, refund, or offer credit notes if things are damaged or lost in transportation.
Please choose wisely! - We cannot issue refunds if you just change your mind or make a poor decision since we must destroy all returned merchandise. All of our items are food and cosmetics, and are thus non-refundable unless the package or contents are defective (broken bottle or jars, or broken or damaged parcel).
If applicable, the following are the return conditions: Prior to any return or exchange, the return of products must be approved. If the products are being returned because they are damaged or malfunctioning, they must be returned in their original packing for proof, as well as your USA Post complaint form if the parcel was damaged during delivery or pick up.
The products must be returned within 7 working days of delivery. When defective goods are destroyed or damaged in return transportation due to improper packaging by the client, no compensation will be given.
Only things that are defective will be reimbursed or swapped.
